I was just googling around, and found these photos of the Fuzhou Social Welfare Institute, in the Fujian Province. This is the province where Kaycee is.
These photos were taken in the late 90's, so it is possible these have changed drastically. It looks like there is a lot of grass and trees in this area.

Have you found the yahoo group for Fuzhou SWI yet? If not, they can be a great source of information. You can connect with those who have BTDT and get a lot questions answered. You can probably get some updated photos of the SWI as well. Congrats on the update on Kaycee and on the visas. Another step down. You're getting there!
